Energy Opportunity Assessment

Start with an independent read on what your energy spend is actually doing.

Share how your properties consume and buy energy. TEK reviews the tariffs, load profile, and site conditions, then comes back with the strategies that hold up financially — and the ones that do not. No equipment is sold, and nothing is committed at this stage.

01Who we should reach A named contact who can speak to the properties in question.
Enter the name we should address the findings to.
Enter a valid work email so we can send the findings.
Tell us which organization owns or operates the properties.
02The properties Enough detail to pull the right tariffs and utility programs.
Select the property type that best describes the portfolio.
Let us know roughly how many sites to look at.
List at least one state or utility territory. Rate structures and program eligibility differ sharply by territory — this drives most of the analysis.
A range is enough. It sets the order of magnitude for what an assessment can recover.
03What you want evaluated Select any that apply, or leave blank for an open review across all five disciplines.
Select a timeline so we can sequence the work appropriately.
04Context and documents Optional, but it shortens the intake call considerably.
No file selected — PDF, image, CSV, or spreadsheet
A single representative bill lets us verify the tariff and demand profile before we ever speak. Maximum size 8 MB. That file is larger than 8 MB. Choose a smaller file, or send it after intake.

You will receive a confirmation immediately and a scoping reply from the TEK team within two business days.

Not ready for a full assessment

Send one utility bill instead. A single bill is often enough to tell whether the account is on the wrong rate class, carrying avoidable demand charges, or eligible for a program it has never been enrolled in. It is a short review, and it costs nothing.
